Music for Tomorrow track list

1. Fanfare
Everything should begin with an opening fanfare, right?

2. Music for Tomorrow
To me, this one sounds rather futuristic. Hence the name. Not that it is an anthem for procrastination.

3. Laura
This was written for my lovely wife Laura. And listening to it makes me think of her.

4. Island Time
Nothing like relaxing on the beach on a tropical island. That's what this song makes me think of.

5. Dark Future
Not that I think the future will be dark, but this reminds me of those movies where the future doesn't always look sunny.

6. A New Groove
I was actually thinking of the 1970s when I wrote this. Pretty groovy, huh?

7. Princess
This is a follow-up to the song "Laura," also for my wife who happens to be my princess.

8. Game Show
Those old game shows always had the coolest theme songs. Back when television shows had theme songs.

9. It's the Circus!
I haven't been to the circus in many, many years. And when I did go, they probably didn't have a caliope, either. But that's the sound I was going for here.

10. Down the Caribbean Way
This one goes along with "Island Time." Can you tell I like the islands?

11. Walk the Plank
This one had a bit of a pirate theme to it. I like pirates. At least the ones in movies and television.

12. Going Farther
The title really doesn't have anything to do with this song. But the two ended up together, for some reason.

13. The Big Finish
Just like a good fanfare at the beginning, everything needs a good finale. Hopefully, this will suffice.

All songs written and performed by Steve Burns.
